To celebrate Martini Month (June), Stables Bar at The Milestone Hotel & Residences in Kensington will offer a three-cocktail Martini menu until 30 June.

The renovated Stables Bar honours its heritage as the original stables of a 19th-century mansion. It features dark wood-panelled walls, racing-green leather banquettes, low-light brass table lamps, tartan accents, and cosy corner booths.

Mohit Singh, founder of Desi Daru, said: “We can’t wait to celebrate the Martini all month long. The Stables Bar is an incredible venue and the perfect setting to sip on a Martini. The team really understands our vodkas and have brought them to life expertly in these serves.”

Each exclusive cocktail has been designed to showcase the vibrant flavours of Desi Daru’s spirits. The first offering is a Desi Daru Original Vodka Martini with caviar from Exmouth Caviar Company. The pairing is priced at £26 (US$35).

The Signature Martini combines the brand’s Original Vodka with dry vermouth and cardamom bitters.

Tropical Martini offers a twist to the classic, made with Mango Vodka, served with fig leaf vermouth and a few drops of chilli oil. Both Martini cocktails are priced at £18 (US$24).

Stables bar manager Angelo Lo Greco added: “When I first tasted Desi Daru, I was impressed by how smooth yet characterful it is – I knew it would be perfect in a Martini. And paired with a caviar bump? Utter perfection. I think our guests are really going to love it.”

Earlier this year, the vodka brand collaborated with The May Fair Bar in London to offer a signature cocktail to mark the Holi festival.

Desi Daru teamed up with Dhall Food and Beverages in March to expand distribution into South Asia and the Middle East. To support the expansion, the brand welcomed Deepak ‘Dee’ Ghera as its new head of marketing last month.
